Each week we will explore pieces of music,
discovering topics related to music theory,
harmony, tones & patterns. We will learn about
instruments, and composers, and discuss the
emotions behind the music.
2nd Period
The Works of Eric Carle $5
Taught by Karen Wong
Description:
Each week we will read one Eric Carle book and
learn about one of the animals in the book. Each
week will include a craft or art project themed to
the book. For example, for The Very Hungry
Caterpillar book, we will learn about the life cycle
of a caterpillar/ butterfly and make a craft.
Spring 2026 Classes
1st Period
Let's Play Ball $5
Taught By Kim Bauer
Description:
Each week we will play different games with balls.
We will use different kinds of balls like soccer ball,
basketball, tennis ball, and kickball. Did you know
a scarf can even be turned into a ball? I will throw
in some obstacle courses to do inside if we have a
rainy day. There are so many activities we can do
with balls!
2nd Period
Animals $5
Taught by Margie Bonilla
Description:
Learn new animal each week. Read stories, watch
videos, and create crafts.
