Cooking (Spring) 2nd & 3rd Period

For this class, students will have the opportunity to work in small groups to make meals and desserts from scratch and improve the kitchen skills that they already have.  In each class students will be making food such as a spaghetti dinner with scratch made pasta, sauce and meatballs or chocolate from cocoa beans. They'll also learn about pairings, plating, and food comparisons.
